Father’s Day – King For The Day Event

This event is open to children from Bolnore, Lindfield (Skylarks) and St. Joseph's.

‘Sing - Choirs for Children’ have been invited to open a weekend celebration of Father’s Day at the Orchards Shopping Centre. We hope as many children as possible will be able to attend this very special community event, as it’s a wonderful opportunity for the children to perform to an audience and put all their hard work into practice too!

All the details

Date: Saturday 20th June
Time: 9:30am meet up, for a performance start time at 10:00am
Where: The grassed area outside The Bay Tree Café in The Orchards Shopping Centre
Duration: Approx. 30 minutes – please note: parents/carers need to be available to supervise children for the duration of this event

Rehearsal

Date: Friday 19th June 
Time: 4:30pm – 6:15pm 
Where: Lindfield Primary Academy 
Meeting: Inside the green entrance gates in the KS1 playground 
Collection: Parents will be invited to collect their children from the Sports Hall 
Please note: we will not be able to allow children to leave the Sports Hall unaccompanied to meet their parents in the car park

Performance clothing

All black clothing please. Choir t-shirts will be sent home after the rehearsal. 
Please note: for those children not able to attend the rehearsal they will be provided with their t-shirt on the day.

Food & drink

Yes to a drink as your child will need plenty of water! No snacks or food please.
